Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver data analysis and reporting to support operational, security, and compliance functions
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather data requirements and communicate findings
- Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards that track KPIs, audit performance, and security metrics
- Monitor and manage queries related to data, performance, and compliance tracking
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough validation and quality control
- Support audit activity through structured reporting and documentation of key evidence
- Handle sensitive and confidential data in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)
- Proficient in Power BI for data visualisation and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets in a structured and repeatable manner
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain data to technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to work and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
