Summary: The role of Data Management and Governance Specialist involves developing and implementing data management solutions to ensure data quality and compliance within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data management and governance solutions as part of the data lifecycle management, data quality management, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with solution designers and engineers to ensure the effective implementation of data management solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to manage and execute data lifecycle rules.
- Identify and address data quality issues to ensure data integrity.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in the field of data management and governance.
- Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Experian’s Aperture, MS Purview).
- Familiarity with data processing and analysis languages such as SQL, Python, R.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
