Summary: As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the shutdown of the 3G mobile network across the UK by providing actionable insights from complex data. Your expertise will help stakeholders understand customer and network impacts while monitoring regional trial switch-offs. This position is part of the Revenue Operations Team and offers a hybrid working arrangement. The contract extends until the end of September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the initiative of shutting down the 3G mobile network across the UK.
- Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor the effectiveness of regional trial switch-offs.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate customer and network impacts.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in data visualisation or analytics, preferably in telecommunications.
- Expertise in Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud-based data platforms like BigQuery on GCP.
- Familiarity with DBT (Data Build Tools).
- Good understanding of customer and network data, including mobile network technologies (3G/4G/5G).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
