- Bring data to life: Build, optimize, and manage interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Partner with the business: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
- Uncover stories in data: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth or optimization.
- Ensure reliability: Develop and support lightweight data pipelines to maintain timely, accurate, and consistent reporting.
- Maintain data quality: Validate datasets and reports to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and tools.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong foundation in reporting, analytics, and BI.
- Hands-on expertise in SQL and database querying.
- Deep understanding of data modeling principles, particularly star schema and dimensional design.
- Proficiency in at least one leading BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills — you can explain data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
