Summary: The Data Analyst will report to the Head of Data + Insight, focusing on the development of centralized reporting and visualizations to support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing data maturity within a charity organization. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, creating impactful visualizations, and collaborating with various teams to translate business needs into data solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to deliver timely, relevant insights.
- Create impactful visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Datawrapper.
- Support the execution of the data strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Champion data governance, quality assurance, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Manage data projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and visual.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
