Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR services, processes, data, and systems.
  • Assess and maintain the quality of HR data within the HRIS.
  • Provide analysis and representation to support business insights from data.
  • Present data clearly to the team as requested.
  • Improve processes or support HR system enhancements.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with metrics.
  • Experience in an HR or HR operations environment with exposure to HR data and systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar).
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to the team.
  • Ability to articulate to non-tech stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Experience creating dashboards (Power BI is a plus).
  • Understanding of HR policies, processes, and data definitions.

We are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst to work a 6-month contract for our client 1-2 days per week onsite in Reading.

Description

Manage the design, implementation and maintenance of HR services, processes, data and systems, working to agreed service levels and delivering a customer centric service. Assess and maintain the quality of HR data within our HRIS, providing analysis and representation to support the business to gain insight from its data.

Main requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with metrics
  • Experience in an HR or HR operations environment with exposure to HR data and systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar).
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to Team as requested.
