Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure high standards of data quality, confidentiality, and compliance.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with metrics.
- Experience in HR or HR operations, with exposure to HR data and systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar).
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting HR system enhancements or process improvements.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and strong organizational skills.
- Dashboard creation experience (Power BI a plus).
- Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and data definitions.
- Experience in secure, government, or regulated environments.
