Summary: The role of Facilities Management Data Analyst at a World Class Defence Organisation involves managing a variety of construction and facilities projects, primarily from a remote setting with occasional on-site requirements. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to develop project requirements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations. The analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of the Bristol site during a significant redevelopment phase. This position is part of a dynamic team focused on delivering critical infrastructure upgrades and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate business operational construction and facilities projects, ensuring timely and within-budget deliveries.
  • Develop project requirements in coordination with stakeholders, support procurement, and produce fully costed business cases for funding approval.
  • Manage projects up to £1 million in value, focusing on critical infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate with internal teams, and oversee external contractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments, ensuring compliance with high standards and regulations.
  • Utilise project management expertise to navigate projects, oversee quality control, and manage risks effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and collaborating with executive and director-level colleagues.
  • Implement efficient problem-solving strategies to address project challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Extensive experience in project management with a proven track record in delivering projects within an operational site.
