Key Responsibilities:
- Refine and document business/data requirements with third-party vendors.
- Gather requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and perform process mapping and gap analysis.
- Analyze and validate data, identify data quality issues, and support reporting needs.
- Design user journeys and workflows, ensuring integration of compliance checks.
- Collaborate with IT on data integration and system requirements.
- Support UAT, write test scripts, and assist in transitioning from legacy systems.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage deliverables using JIRA.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years in the Lloyd’s/London Market.
- Business analysis: Requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management.
- Data analysis: Data profiling, validation, integration.
- Experience with underwriting workbench or policy admin system implementations.
- Strong communication skills, with experience working with third-party vendors.
- Tools: JIRA, Visio, Confluence (Power BI/Tableau a plus).
