Summary: The Data Analyst/Asset Intelligence Officer role is focused on enhancing the quality and usability of asset data within a local authority's property and housing services team. This position involves managing and analyzing property-related data to support strategic decision-making and improve outcomes for residents. The role requires collaboration across teams and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and governance standards are met. It is a three-month contract based in Kensington, requiring on-site work three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance property and asset data quality, ensuring accuracy and governance standards are met
- Perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance
- Produce insightful reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decisions
- Manage data workflows including data input, processing, and reporting outputs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
- Support the development of data frameworks, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify inconsistencies, investigate data issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure data is audit-ready and aligned with information governance standards
