Summary: The Data Analyst role focuses on supporting the Facilities Management Team in migrating and consolidating data to new systems. The position involves conducting in-depth data analyses to uncover trends and insights that drive operational performance. Key responsibilities include data cleansing, quality control, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Advanced Excel and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large volumes of complex data throughout the entire data lifecycle and identify issues and opportunities
- Tailor the message for different stakeholders
- Carry out root-cause analysis for data errors, trend analysis, gap analysis and impact analysis on various datasets and make recommendations where necessary
- Understand and map key data requirements from the Facilities Management Team and wider business stakeholders
- Producing ad-hoc reports and data visualisation requests
- Define and put in place data quality metrics and controls across the operational data systems to monitor data quality
- Provide technical expertise and act as first point of contact for analytics queries from non-data-oriented colleagues

- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Understanding of Facilities Management and related data sources
- Experience in a Delivery / Property Services or Facilities Management environment (desired but not essential)
