The full-time working hours are 35 per week Monday to Friday and office-based 2 days a week.
The post holder will be a key administrative point of contact and will ensure that all necessary administration is scheduled and actioned appropriately.
Key duties of the role are to support the data input delivery of planned work, updating records and the internal database with compliance checks when and as required.
However, the main focus of the role is to ensure that all data is inputted and recorded accurately on the internal database.
The ability to work independently with minimum supervision is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced administrator from a housing background with a considerable amount of data entry experience.
This is a very varied administrative role, therefore you will be required to be both flexible and adaptable.
Previous administration experience and fire safety experience is essential along with a professional manner. Excellent communication skills and a polite and friendly approach are also essential.
