Damp & Mould Surveyor

Summary: Marks Consulting Partners is seeking a Damp & Mould Surveyor to assist a Council client in East London. The role requires expertise in building defect analysis and experience in managing damp and mould cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed specifications and reports. A technical qualification such as HNC/HND is also necessary.

• Prepare comprehensive specifications, reports, and fully coded Schedules of Works.
