Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate reports of damp, mould, condensation, and leaks.
- Carry out property inspections and assess housing conditions.
- Identify the root causes of damp and mould issues.
- Raise repair orders and monitor contractor performance.
- Ensure repairs are completed within target timescales.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and inspection notes.
- Support compliance with Awaab’s Law and housing regulations.
- Prioritise vulnerable tenants and high-risk cases.
- Liaise with residents, contractors, surveyors, and housing teams.
- Provide tenants with advice on reducing condensation and mould.
- Respond professionally to complaints and resident enquiries.
- Monitor health and safety risks within occupied properties.
