Summary: The role of Supply Chain Business Analyst involves supporting the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O and optimizing business processes within the supply chain. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure data consistency and enhance operational efficiency. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that combines remote and on-site work. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with ERP systems and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Implementation Support, including rollout of Dynamics 365 F&O across multiple markets.
- Business Process Optimization by identifying gaps and proposing improvements.
- Ensuring Data Consistency across markets and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration as a liaison between supply chain teams, IT, and external vendors.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with ERP systems, ideally Dynamics 365 F&O and Customer Engagement (CE) applications.
- Experience in Supply Chain processes: procurement, warehousing, logistics, and demand planning.
- Strong knowledge of the Field Service industry, Manufacturing processes, and Material Requirement Planning (MRP).

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an end user who is looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. The role is a mix of home and office.
The Role:
- ERP Implementation Support. Assist in the rollout of Dynamics 365 F&O across multiple markets, ensuring adherence to business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate supply chain needs into system functionalities. Work closely with the Business Applications Manager and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Business Process Optimization. Identify gaps in existing supply chain processes and propose improvements. Support the standardisation of workflows across different my client markets. Monitor and address system performance issues related to supply chain operations.
- Data Consistency. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across markets. Provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration. Act as a liaison between supply chain teams, IT, and external vendors. Support training initiatives to enhance internal team capabilities. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice implementation.
The Person:
- Proven experience with ERP systems, ideally Dynamics 365 F&O and Customer Engagement (CE) applications.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain processes: procurement, warehousing, logistics, and demand planning.
- Strong knowledge of the Field Service industry, Manufacturing processes, Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
