Summary: The role of D365 Solution Architect involves designing and documenting enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, focusing on CE/CRM, FO/FinOps, and the Power Platform. The architect will translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions using Azure services, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Collaboration with stakeholders and the lead architect is essential to drive innovation and deliver measurable business value. The position is hybrid and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, architecture, and documentation of enterprise-grade solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Azure services.
- Define integration strategies, data models, and application frameworks in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and solution blueprints for implementation and BAU operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to drive innovation and ensure compliance.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience designing and architecting solutions in Dynamics 365 CE and FO.
- Excellent Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, and Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in Power Platform architecture and governance.
- Excellent documentation skills including solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP business processes in sectors such as healthcare, retail, or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Experience with data migration, integration strategies, and legacy system transformation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Data savvy with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Understanding of overall customer needs and ability to deliver on short-term needs that fit into long-term vision.

My leading client is looking an immediately available D365 Solution Architect who can help them on a journey to support the design, architecture, and documentation of enterprise-grade solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (across CE/CRM, FO/FinOps and the Power Platform.)
You must be an expert in translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Azure services and Microsoft cloud technologies. You will define integration strategies, data models, and application frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices. A key part of the role involves producing high-quality technical documentation, solution blueprints, to support implementation and BAU operations. The architect will work closely with the lead architect to share & deliver the target architecture and collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, drive innovation, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business value.
