D365 Functional Consultant (Integration Focus) - OUTSIDE IR35 - Hybrid working London & WFH

Summary: The D365 Functional Consultant (Integration Focus) role is a contract position focused on optimizing Mercury CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 within a business transformation program. The consultant will be responsible for redesigning workflows, enhancing automation and reporting, and managing a finance integration project. This position requires hands-on experience in CRM configuration, systems integration, and stakeholder engagement. The role offers hybrid working arrangements in London and WFH options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Mercury CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Redesign approval workflows and improve automation
• Deliver a Mercury-to-Tempest finance integration project
• Engage with operational, finance, and technology stakeholders
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation
• Provide UAT, go-live, and cutover support

Key Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE administration or functional consulting experience
• CRM workflow and approval process redesign
• CRM-to-finance system integration project delivery
• Data migration, validation and reconciliation experience
• Process mapping and business analysis skills
• Power Automate and Power Apps experience
• Stakeholder engagement across operations, finance and sales teams
• Mercury CRM experience (highly desirable)
• Recruitment technology sector experience (highly desirable)
• Tempest experience (highly desirable)
• SourceWhale experience (highly desirable)
• Reporting and dashboard development (highly desirable)

Salary (Rate): £550 per day
