D365 F&O Functional Analyst/Consultant - Supply Chain (SCM)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced D365 Functional F&O Consultant with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to optimise supply chain processes and deliver value in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain D365 F&O modules related to supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, and production planning.
- Collaborate with business units to define and document requirements for supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
- Develop functional design documentation and work with development teams to implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements to SCM functionalities.
- Conduct thorough testing for new releases, updates, and customizations within supply chain modules to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with business needs.
- Train and support end users in D365 F&O SCM functionalities, empowering them to maximize the system s capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between supply chain stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues related to D365 F&O supply chain modules and other integrated systems.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a functional consulting role, focusing on supply chain modules.
- In-depth understanding of D365 F&O supply chain functionalities, including procurement, inventory, warehouse management, and production control.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex supply chain requirements.
- Familiarity with best distribution and supply chain management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
- English & French speaking is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) and integrations with D365 F&O.
- Understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, and production scheduling.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management is a plus.
