D365 Finance SME (Qualified Accountant) - Insurance Transformation
Our sister company Stellarmann is supporting a leading insurance organisation on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance transformation programme. The initial implementation will focus on a UK insurance business, with the potential to support future rollouts across the wider group.
Working within a broader programme team, you will provide accounting and insurance subject matter expertise to ensure the D365 Finance solution meets business, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
We are looking for:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience delivering or supporting D365 Finance implementations or finance transformation programmes
- Strong insurance industry experience
- Excellent knowledge of General Ledger and financial accounting processes
- Experience translating accounting and business requirements into functional system requirements
- Knowledge of AP, AR, P2P, Fixed Assets and related finance processes
- Understanding of IFRS, ideally IFRS 17, UK GAAP, and insurance regulatory reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working across Finance, Technology, and business teams
- Ability to challenge and validate solution designs to ensure alignment with business requirements
