D365 Finance and Operations BA/QA - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid (Windsor, 1 day onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and execute end-to-end test scenarios across Finance business processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Subscription Billing, Cash & Bank Management, Financial Reporting, and Period-End/Year-End Closing
• Execute System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT cycles, verifying financial postings, accounting entries, workflow approvals, and reporting outputs
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business and Finance stakeholders, preparing test scripts, facilitating workshops, and tracking progress through to sign-off
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, process flow documents, UAT scripts, defect logs, and test summary reports to governance and audit standards
• Log, track, and manage defects through Azure DevOps or equivalent, performing impact assessments and supporting go-live preparation and post-deployment validation

What You Will Ideally Bring

• 5+ years of software testing experience, including 3+ years testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations specifically
• Strong understanding of Finance business processes and accounting principles
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing, with proven direct engagement with Finance business users
• Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar test management tools
• Desirable, experience in D365 F&O implementation or transformation programmes, data migration/integration testing, Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash process knowledge, or RSAT/test automation exposure
