Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Warehouse Management experience (WMS).
- Asset Management experience.
- Design and document functional specifications for D365 FSCM solutions.
- Requirement gathering.
- Translate business requirements to the delivery team.
- Configure and customize D365 FSCM modules to meet business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge gaps.
- Provide support and troubleshoot D365 FSCM issues.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest D365 FSCM features and best practices.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with D365 FSCM.
- Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes.
