Summary: The D365 F&O Functional Consultant role involves designing, developing, and supporting reporting solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The consultant will lead the creation of custom reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet business needs and optimize performance. This position requires collaboration with business users to gather requirements and provide training on report usage. The role is based in East Lancashire, requiring onsite presence 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Write and optimise reports based on business requirements across finance, supply chain, and operations.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues, ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Provide training and documentation to business users on report usage.
  • Optimise data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for reporting.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in report writing with D365 F&O.
  • Ability to translate business needs into detailed report specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with D365 F&O integrations and data flows.
  • Certification in D365 F&O or relevant reporting tools.

Salary (Rate): 550
