Summary: The D365 F&O Consultant role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to design and implement D365 F&O solutions that enhance finance and supply chain processes. This position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, requiring on-site work 2-3 days per week in Lancashire. The consultant will lead functional design, support user requirements gathering, and ensure effective delivery through agile methodologies. Candidates must have significant experience in D365 F&O and reside within a commutable distance to Lancashire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business owners to shape D365 F&O solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Lead the design and implementation of functional aspects across modules
- Support workshops, gather user requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
- Conduct functional, E2E, and integration testing (Postman experience preferred)
- Drive agile planning through Epics, Features, and User Stories
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure effective delivery
Key Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on D365 F&O consulting experience
- Expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules
- Strong knowledge of the full ERP implementation life cycle
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI), Azure, and Office 365
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
