Summary: The D365 F&O Business Analyst role focuses on supporting a retail end-user during an ERP transformation, specifically in manufacturing and production processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of D365 F&O solutions with operational needs.
  • Lead workshops to gather and document requirements across manufacturing, production, and supply chain functions.
  • Configure and support relevant D365 F&O modules, particularly Production Control, Inventory Management, and Procurement & Sourcing.
  • Translate business processes into functional specifications and support solution design.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Support UAT, training, and go-live activities.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in manufacturing within a retail context.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production operations, ideally within a retail or commerce environment.
  • Solid ERP background with multiple end-to-end implementation cycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Rate: £400 - £450 a day outside IR35

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Business Analyst to support a leading retail end-user through a critical phase of their ERP transformation. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing and production processes, combined with a strong ERP background, to help drive business improvements and ensure successful delivery of D365 F&O capabilities.
