Summary: My Client is seeking a Dynamics CRM Project Manager for an initial 6-month contract, starting as soon as possible. The role requires proven experience in delivering Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects within complex enterprise environments and a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform. The position is hybrid, based in London, and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects as a Project Manager in complex enterprise environments.
  • Utilize Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Implement CRM customization, system integration, and data migration strategies.
  • Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Work within the energy sector or other regulated trade industries.
  • Maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-910, MB-920, PL-600).
  • Understand regulatory frameworks relevant to the energy industry (e.g., Ofgem, ISO standards).
