Summary: We are seeking an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Product Owner to lead the ongoing development, optimisation, and delivery of our Dynamics 365 CE platform. The role involves acting as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the platform supports organisational goals effectively. The candidate will manage the product roadmap, gather requirements, and oversee collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the position emphasizes championing platform adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the D365 CE product roadmap and backlog.
• Gather, prioritise, and refine business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, third-party suppliers, and business units.
• Oversee sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs, are user-friendly, and align with organisational strategy.
• Champion platform adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Not-for-profit or charity sector experience highly desirable.
• Experience managing third-party delivery partners beneficial.
