Summary: The role of Technology Architect for D365 involves leading a team of developers and leveraging extensive experience in D365 CRM and the Power Platform. The position requires hands-on expertise in D365 architecture, configuration, and customizations, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The contract is for six months and requires a hybrid working arrangement with 12 days in the office each month. The role is based in various locations across the UK, including London and Derby.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in D365 CRM and Power Platform projects.
- Conduct technical and functional design reviews.
- Perform code reviews and enhancements.
- Implement configurations and customizations using various technologies.
- Deploy solutions and manage application life cycle.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of overall experience in IT, with 10-12 years in D365 CRM as a Solution or Technical Architect.
- Hands-on experience with D365 architecture, landscape, and design.
- Proficiency in configuration and customizations using Plugins, Java Scripts, and Custom Workflows.
- Strong understanding of CRM modules and Power Apps Portal.
- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 15 + overall experience in IT and 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in D365 CRM and power platform as a Solution or Technical Architect.
- Hands-on experience and understanding of D365 Architecture, landscape and design.
- Experience in Configuration, Customizations using Plugins, Java Scripts, Custom Workflows, Integration APIs, web API, WCF and Model driven apps, power automation, building portal, Canvas apps and Azure services.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of CRM modules and Power Apps Portal
- Code review and Enhancements
- Technical and functional design reviews

- Experience working/developing JavaScript, Plugins
