  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Programme Directors and Architects, ensuring clear communication and progress reporting.
  • Provide analysis and technical insight across authentication, governance, access, and privileged access management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned workstreams, demonstrating accountability and self-sufficiency.

  • Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) including authentication, governance, and privileged access management.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Transformation team at HSBC. This role is part of a major global programme to redefine Identity & Access Management (IDAM) at scale, covering authentication, governance, access management, and privileged access. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing modern IAM solutions for one of the world’s largest banking environments.
