Summary: The Cybersecurity Delivery Lead will oversee the delivery of a critical Privileged Access Management (PAM) workstream within a regulatory-driven cybersecurity transformation programme. This role requires collaboration with technical security teams and business stakeholders to drive risk reduction initiatives and achieve key regulatory milestones. The position is fully remote and offers a competitive daily rate. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in large-scale cybersecurity programmes and a strong understanding of PAM and identity security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of complex cybersecurity programmes and workstreams
- Drive the Managed Service Accounts programme within a wider PAM initiative
- Collaborate with technical security teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
- Manage programme risks, dependencies, and regulatory deliverables
- Bridge the gap between cybersecurity operations, engineering teams, and programme delivery functions
- Provide strong stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale cybersecurity programmes
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and identity security
- Experience working within regulatory or risk-driven security environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic programme delivery with technical cybersecurity requirements
- Experience with one or more PAM solutions: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Saviynt, or similar enterprise PAM platforms
