Summary: The CyberArk Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for integrating various platforms with CyberArk, managing security policies, and ensuring the health and availability of CyberArk servers. The role involves creating security reports, administering privileged user accounts, and maintaining documentation for security tools. Candidates should have extensive experience with CyberArk and related technologies, as well as a strong understanding of privileged access administration best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, including LDAP providers, Windows Servers, UNIX Servers, Databases, and networking devices.
- Creating security reports for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Managing Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies and performing health checks on CyberArk servers.
- Collecting data and generating reports as per specifications.
- Testing and certifying new product versions and bug fixes.
- Administering privileged user accounts for Windows and UNIX using CyberArk components.
- Creating and managing Safes, Platforms, and Owners.
- Maintaining security tool FAQs and support documentation.
Key Skills:
- Experience with CyberArk installation and upgrades on Linux and Windows.
- Experience automating local administrator accounts across various systems.
- Experience onboarding database accounts into CyberArk.
- Continuous operations and maintenance support experience, including patches and security vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of CPM and PSM connector customization.
- Basic understanding of high-availability and failover implementations.
- Extensive experience with digital password vaulting solutions.
- Ability to document installation procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- CyberArk Platform certification preferred.
- Experience in Windows programming (e.g., .Net, VB Scripting, PowerShell) is an advantage.
- Good documentation skills for project-specific artifacts.
- Knowledge of secure coding best practices.
- Understanding of industry best practices for privileged access administration.
