Summary: The CyberArk Developer/Admin role involves managing and resolving CyberArk issues across various levels, developing plugins and custom connectors, and ensuring the effective implementation and upgrade of CyberArk components. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage L1, L2, and L3 level CyberArk issues.
• Convert unmanaged accounts to managed in CyberArk.
• Conduct DR drills and develop CPM plugins.
• Create and modify APP IDs and CCP providers.
• Install, implement, and upgrade CyberArk components.
• Resolve issues related to safes and accounts in CyberArk.
• Respond to internal customer inquiries within defined SLAs.
• Assist with continual improvement of processes and procedures.
• Plan and deliver new activities as per timelines.
• Connect with application teams for password management solutions.
• Install and upgrade AIM agents and conduct CR reviews.
• Raise cases with CyberArk for newly generated issues.
• Collect and provide reports to the leadership team as needed.
• Configure Master Policy settings and add exceptions.
• Troubleshoot user access issues.
