Summary: The Cyber Transformation Lead role involves supporting the Deputy CISO and the Cyber Security & Information Assurance function to drive strategic cyber transformation initiatives. Job Description:

Role Overview: Support Client’s Deputy CISO and Cyber Security & Information Assurance function to accelerate strategic cyber transformation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as internal cyber advisor aligned to Client strategy
  • Leading resolution of complex/high-profile cyber issues
  • Developing, refreshing, and embedding cyber policies, standards, and procedures
  • Providing portfolio oversight, RAG reporting, and driving remediation
  • Conducting horizon scanning and leadership briefings
  • Supporting establishment of cyber profession standards with HR/L&D

Assumptions / Dependencies:

  • Timely access to SL stakeholders, systems, repositories, and tools
  • Availability of policy owners/project managers for reviews and attestations
  • Client to provide clearances, facilities, and collaboration tools
  • Need a minimum of English and Math's A-C GCSE. Candidate will need to be able to provide certificates at interview stage.
