Summary: The Cyber Transformation Lead role involves supporting the Deputy CISO and the Cyber Security & Information Assurance function to drive strategic cyber transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as internal cyber advisor aligned to Client strategy
- Leading resolution of complex/high-profile cyber issues
- Developing, refreshing, and embedding cyber policies, standards, and procedures
- Providing portfolio oversight, RAG reporting, and driving remediation
- Conducting horizon scanning and leadership briefings
- Supporting establishment of cyber profession standards with HR/L&D
Key Skills:
- Experience in cyber security and information assurance

- Conducting horizon scanning and leadership briefings
- Supporting establishment of cyber profession standards with HR/L&D
Assumptions / Dependencies:
- Timely access to SL stakeholders, systems, repositories, and tools
- Availability of policy owners/project managers for reviews and attestations
- Client to provide clearances, facilities, and collaboration tools
- Need a minimum of English and Math's A-C GCSE. Candidate will need to be able to provide certificates at interview stage.
