***Cyber Security Specialist - Sheffield, UK***

For our international client based in Sheffield, UK, RED is looking for a Cyber Security Expert to join them. The consultant is expected to start as soon as possible and for an initial 6 months contract. The project is based in the Sheffield and will need 2 days per week onsite with the client. Please note: This role is inside IR35

Job Description

  • Strong relationship building and persuasion skills proven ability to align multiple stakeholders to deliver a shared outcome
  • Strong technical background in application security DevSecOps and/or other cyber controls plus credible working knowledge of AIGenAI engineering usage and associated cyber risks
  • Engineer at heart mindset with demonstrated experience stepping out of practitioner work to deliver transformational enablement programmes training change engagement culture behaviour change
  • Design thinking capability creates needs based solutions that are measurable and materially reduce risk
  • Experience enabling technologists at scale with demonstrable results
  • Ideally experience managing or integrating third party training enablement vendors and platforms
  • Excellent understanding of security concepts and principles good understanding of security flaws across programming languages
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and corresponding security threats explicitly relevant here given AI tool deployment
