Summary: The Cyber Security SME role is a full-time fixed-term contract based in London, requiring an experienced professional to design and implement complex cybersecurity technology products. The position demands a strong background in security architecture, particularly with CyberArk PAM capabilities, and involves providing expert advice to architecture and development teams. The role is office-based, requiring presence five days a week, and offers a competitive salary package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret cybersecurity relevant regulatory requirements, best practices and translate these into business-aligned cybersecurity requirements
- Architect, design and implement cyber technology products
- Deliver technical solutions across the cyber security platform
- Provide recommendations on security best practices for cross-portfolio projects
- Manage and work independently or as part of a team in delivering complex projects
- Support and execute deliverables including business requirements, technical design and architecture
- Engage with other IT Security and Infrastructure teams
Key Skills:
- Experience in IT security architecture, review and design
- Experience implementing cyber products in large complex environments
- Experience implementing cloud security architecture
- Experience conducting IT Security reviews (technical) of new products/solutions
- Demonstrable proficiency in a wide range of IT security technologies and Embedded security
- Knowledge covering key cybersecurity domains such as Identity and Access Management and Vulnerability Management
- High level of analytical ability to solve unusual and difficult problems
- Strong working knowledge of technology - Servers, database and network devices
- Ability to maintain a working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and elements
- Demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder management and relevant management reporting
- Ability to coach team members through knowledge transfer and constructive feedback
- Security Architect experience including HLD/LLD and implementation experience
- Extensive knowledge in CyberArk PAM capabilities protecting Hybrid Environments (On-Prem, AWS, Azure)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders from Security, Operations, Application Owners and Service Providers on deployment activities and enhancing the PAM solution.
- Develop and Customize CPM plugins and PSM Connectors
- Strong understanding of different CyberArk Components like CPM/PSM/PVWA/Vault etc.
- Good Understanding of Rest API
- Good knowledge in CPM Plugin and PSM Connector Development.
- CyberArk experience and good knowledge on other PAM tools.
