Summary: Synapri is seeking a DV-Cleared Cyber Security Risk Manager for a hybrid role with a leading Public Sector Department on an initial 6-month contract. The position involves working across various workstreams related to Supply Chain Information and Cyber Security Risk, requiring active DV clearance. The role includes implementing a new Risk Management Framework and engaging with stakeholders to ensure effective onboarding. Occasional travel to Central London is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve delivery of implementation in an iterative and progressive manner, ensuring the onboarding of the customer's nominated recipient and assigned stakeholders with the new Risk Management Framework (RMF), within the context of the supply chain
- Prioritised introduction and embedding of the new RMF, within the context of the supply chain
- Introduce and embed the new RMF into 4 operational risk pilots (1 with Consular and 3 with Secure by Design)
- Incorporate lessons learnt from a supply chain pilot(s) into the final version
Key Skills:

Synapri are working with a leading Public Sector Department to hire a DV-Cleared Cyber Security Risk Manager on an initial 6-month contract. This role will be a hybrid position with occasional travel (Once a week/fortnight) to Central London.
This position will require active DV clearance to be held. This means you must have worked on a DV-cleared position within the last 12 months.

This role will be working across one of three workstreams - Supply Chain Information and Cyber Security Risk, Operational Information or Cyber Security Risk
Key objectives:
- Achieve delivery of implementation in an iterative and progressive manner, ensuring the onboarding of the customer's nominated recipient and assigned stakeholders with the new Risk Management Framework(RMF), within the context of the supply chain
- Prioritised introduction and embedding of the new RMF, within the context of the supply chain
- Introduce and embed the new RMF into 4 operational risk pilots (1 with Consular and 3 with Secure by Design)
- Incorporate lessons learnt from a supply chain pilot(s) into the final version
This role will be an Inside IR35 contract paying £550 - £650pd inside IR35.
