Summary: The Cyber Security Data Reporting and Performance Analyst at DLG is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that enhance the organization's cyber security posture. This role involves analyzing security data to provide actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a Security First culture. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working model, requiring two days a week in the London office. The analyst will report to the Head of Strategy and Operating Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports tracking cybersecurity performance, risk metrics, and compliance status.
- Analyse security incident trends, vulnerability management data, and threat intelligence to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Automate data collection and reporting processes using tools such as Power BI, Tableau & Excel.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Knowledge of security standards/frameworks, e.g., NIST, CIS Benchmarks, PCI.
- Demonstrable competence in explaining complex information security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage effective relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and 3rd party vendors.

The Cyber Security Data Reporting and Performance Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering dashboards and executive reports that support the organisation's cyber security posture. They will provide intuitive data analysis and translate it into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will report to the Head of Strategy and Operating Office. This is a 12-month secondment/fixed-term contract opportunity with two London office days a week.
What You'll Be Doing

Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach. When you'll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office
