Summary: The Cyber Security Reporting Analyst role is a subject matter expert position focused on defining and designing reporting mechanisms to enhance data-led security insights. This position plays a crucial role in advancing the organization's security posture through continuous control monitoring. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to communicate security outcomes and drive improvements in reporting capabilities. A strong emphasis is placed on delivering excellent customer experiences while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert knowledge in analysis and visualization to explain cyber security posture to stakeholders
  • Communicating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure understanding of security testing outcomes
  • Using information to influence outcomes that reduce security risk
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in reporting and insights capabilities
  • Working collaboratively and being self-directed in task completion
  • Demonstrating a professional attitude and high motivation levels

Key Skills:

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in data analysis and developing management information, including scorecards, dashboards, and metrics
  • Expertise in managing a service/function through advanced analytics
  • Knowledge of risk management
  • Visualization/analytics/reporting capability
  • Deep understanding of tools and technologies for reporting, automation, and visualization
  • Experience with languages such as SQL and Python
