Cyber Security Project Manager - SOC Implementation

My client is seeking seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead the delivery and implementation of a Security Operations Centre (SOC), ideally within a complex, regulated or Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) environment.

You will have a proven track record of delivering SOC mobilisation, transition or major transformation programmes, with strong experience across IT and Operational Technology (OT) security environments.

Key experience required:

• Previous delivery or implementation of a Security Operations Centre (SOC).
• Strong understanding of SIEM platforms, security monitoring, log source integration and EDR deployment.
• Experience managing IT and OT cyber security projects.
• Knowledge of threat detection, incident response and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience managing suppliers, technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting and risk management skills.
• Experience defining SOC operating models, governance and transition into Business as Usual (BAU).
