Summary: The Cyber Security Programme Manager will lead the delivery of a portfolio of cyber security initiatives within a complex public sector environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end cyber security programme delivery across multiple workstreams
- Establish and drive programme governance, reporting, and RAID management
- Coordinate technical SMEs across IAM, Microsoft security, and data protection initiatives
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide clear updates at steering committee level
- Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across parallel initiatives
- Drive adoption and embedding of security controls across the organisation
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Cyber Security programmes
- Strong exposure to IAM, Microsoft security stack, or data security programmes
- Experience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and programme governance capability

This is an early-stage opportunity, ideal for someone who can bring structure, governance, and momentum across multiple cyber workstreams.
Assignment Details
- Initial contract length: 6 months (likely extension)
- Location : Leeds (2–3 days onsite per week)
- Start date : 2–3 weeks (subject to onboarding)
- Engagement : c. £600-700 p/day via FCSA accredited umbrella company
