Summary: The Product Owner for Cyber Security will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of cyber security across products and platforms within an organization focused on digital solutions for the beverage and food sectors. This role involves defining security architectures, coordinating integration of security requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance throughout project phases. Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall technical responsibility for cyber security across our products and platforms.
- Define, collect, and develop security architectures, requirements, guidelines, and standards — and ensure their successful implementation.
- Coordinate the integration of security requirements into product and software architectures and support development teams during implementation.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of security concepts as well as risk analyses and threat assessments.
- Continuously monitor the cyber-security landscape and derive strategic measures for our products.
- Plan and execute security assessments, penetration tests, and certification processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure security requirements are met throughout all project phases.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in cyber security, ideally with architectural or product responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of security architectures, encryption technologies, and public key infrastructures.
- Experience with standards such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, IEC 62443, or ISO 27001.
- Solid understanding of OT, IT, and cloud security and their integration into complex systems.
- Strong coordination skills across multiple technical teams.
- Excellent German and English communication skills.
