Summary: The role of Cyber Security Lead/Monitoring involves building a Security Operations Center and managing its full life-cycle for a project lasting over 18 months, under a Central Government Authority. The position offers a flexible work-life balance with remote working options, requiring 2-3 days a week in the Blackpool office. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a Security Operations Center (SOC) – full life-cycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Support MOD/DEFENCE projects as needed
- Facilitate quick onboarding for candidates with active SC Clearance
Key Skills:

Essential Experience:
- Experience in Design and implementing a SOC – full life-cycle
- Ability to work in cross functioning teams

- MOD/DEFENCE – highly desirable but not essential.
- SC Clearance – Candidates holding active SC will benefit of a quick start date
