Summary: The Cyber Security Engineer (Security Posture) role focuses on supporting the secure adoption and ongoing assurance of Aviva's sanctioned SaaS and PaaS platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the secure adoption and ongoing assurance of Aviva's sanctioned SaaS and PaaS platforms.
• Operationalize SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) and onboard priority SaaS applications.
• Configure connectors/API integrations and enable continuous monitoring for misconfigurations and excessive permissions.
• Collaborate with platform owners to drive remediation and improve security posture at scale.
• Contribute to reducing manual assurance through repeatable checks and operational reporting.
• Implement workflow/ticketing automation to enhance audit readiness and control evidence.
• Utilize hands-on experience in SaaS tenant security and access governance.
• Apply practical knowledge of Cloud, PaaS, and SaaS security assurance expectations.
• Secure PaaS and SaaS platforms such as Cloud, Snowflake, and Salesforce.

SaaS Security Posture Management - 2 Positions

• This role supports the secure adoption and ongoing assurance of Aviva's sanctioned SaaS and PaaS platforms, with a primary focus on delivering and operationalising SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM).
• The role will help onboard priority SaaS applications with a control plane into SSPM, configure connectors/API integrations, and enable continuous monitoring to identify misconfigurations, excessive permissions, and risky integrations.
• Need to work with platform owners to drive remediation and improve posture at scale.
• The role also contributes to reducing manual assurance through repeatable checks, operational reporting, and where appropriate, workflow/ticketing automation that improves audit readiness and control evidence.
• Experience should include hands-on SaaS tenant security and access governance, integration risk management (including SaaS-to-SaaS connections), and practical knowledge of Cloud, PaaS and SaaS security assurance expectations such as logging/monitoring and security scanning capability considerations.
