The consultant will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting cybersecurity issues, conducting root cause analysis, and facilitating knowledge transfer to junior team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a clear understanding of the client’s cybersecurity environment and respective product offerings.
• Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues using relevant monitoring tools.
• Analyze and validate cybersecurity incidents in detail, supporting the L3 team with root cause analysis (RCA), data collection, or logs.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and training by creating and maintaining configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals, and conducting training for the L1 team.
• Analyze and fine-tune cybersecurity policies; actively participate in review calls regarding change requests and provide recommendations on policy changes.
• Implement changes, monitor security device performance, and conduct performance tuning as necessary.
• Prepare analyses and reports to highlight project progress, challenges, and ensure quality and accuracy in client deliverables.
