Summary: The Cyber Security Reporting Analyst role involves leveraging analytical tools to create and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports within a Cyber Security environment. The position requires strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and Azure DevOps, along with effective communication with stakeholders and senior management. The analyst will manage workloads and reporting processes, ensuring efficient data aggregation and presentation. This is a contract position based in Edinburgh or Bristol, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, SQL, and Azure DevOps to build and maintain reporting models.
- Aggregate data and apply various reporting methods to create dynamic dashboards and static reports.
- Manage workloads and backlog maintenance using demand/backlog workflow tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Establish and support stakeholder expectations while effectively communicating with Senior Management.
Key Skills:

- Good understanding of a Cyber Security environment.
- Excellent skills in Power BI, Power Automate Excel, SQL, Azure DevOps and similar/complimentary analytics toolsets, with expertise in building, maintaining and improving Power BI models.
- Ability to aggregate and apply different reporting methods (ie, Power BI, Excel) to various collections of data producing dynamic dashboards facilitating self-serve, 24/7 reporting and static PowerPoint reports.
- Knowledge of demand/backlog workflow tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Experience of managing workloads, reporting from and backlog maintenance in these toolsets.
- Demonstrated experience with establishing and supporting stakeholder expectations and communicating effectively with Senior Management.
