Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities using various methodologies and techniques.
- Deliver business analysis and readiness work across the project lifecycle.
- Gather requirements and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Create and deliver communications and training plans.
- Develop support models, operating models, and RACI charts.
- Analyze large data sets for business decision-making using MS Excel/Power BI.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements.

Job Description: A strong track record of successfully leading on Business Analysis activities, using different methodologies and techniques gained by working on multiple projects. Experience of successfully delivering Business Analysis and readiness work across the project lifecycle including: requirements gathering, stakeholder management, use cases, Business Impact assessments, process mapping as is & To be, creating and delivering communications & training plans, creation of support models & operating models and RACI. Willingness to learn, ask questions and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels including engaging, challenging, and managing expectations as you drive activity. Knowledge of using Business Analysis tools such as Jira, Miro, and Visio Comfortable gathering and analysing large data sets for business decision making including use of MS Excel / Power BI Experience of leading and facilitating workshops and meetings as you gather requirements. First class inter-personal skills, strong influencing abilities and highly organised. Experience / exposure to Cyber Security.
