We're working with a major force in the Financial Services industry on this exciting transformation journey. This is a high-impact contract for a Cyber Transformation Architect to lead the security design for a multi-million-pound programme. You will be the technical authority defining security blueprints across Azure Cloud environments, shifting the needle on Cyber Resilience for a household name in finance.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end Security Architecture for high-profile financial transformation projects, ensuring a unified security posture across the programme.
• Develop and maintain phased security architectures and a Cybersecurity Resilience Blueprint for Change framework.
• Establish and instill common architecture principles and components, moving towards a robust Zero Trust security model.
• Provide rigorous Architecture Governance, setting the standard for deliverables and mentoring project-level architects.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align security roadmaps with complex project lifecycles and resolve technical blockers.

What You'll Need

• Deep expertise in Security Architecture frameworks including NIST, Azure Security Center, and Zero Trust principles.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Azure Cloud security and integration patterns within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong technical background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Operations (SecOps) technologies.
• Proven experience in commercial shifts, specifically dealing with Statement of Works (SoW) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable plans.
