Summary: The Cyber Security Analyst role focuses on OT Vulnerability Management within a critical infrastructure environment. The position involves identifying, assessing, and managing vulnerabilities in Operational Technology systems to enhance security and ensure regulatory compliance. This role is suited for candidates with experience in cyber security and vulnerability management tools. The contract is for six months and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and manage vulnerabilities across Operational Technology (OT) environments.
- Strengthen security posture and support regulatory compliance across critical systems.
- Utilize vulnerability management/scanning tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or Microsoft Defender.
- Monitor and investigate security alerts and anomalies.
- Manage patch processes and remediation workflows.
- Communicate technical vulnerabilities and risks to stakeholders.
- Provide analytical reporting and stakeholder management.
Key Skills:
- Experience within Cyber Security, Vulnerability Management, or OT Security environments.
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management/scanning tools.
- Understanding of CVSS scoring, threat modelling, and risk prioritisation.
- Experience monitoring and investigating security alerts and anomalies.
- Knowledge of patch management processes and remediation workflows.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to OT / ICS environments or critical infrastructure is highly desirable.

We’re supporting a major enterprise organisation operating within a highly complex critical infrastructure environment in the search for a Cyber Security Analyst focused on OT Vulnerability Management. This role will focus on identifying, assessing, and managing vulnerabilities across Operational Technology (OT) environments, helping strengthen security posture and support regulatory compliance across critical systems.
Key Skills & Experience :
- Experience within Cyber Security, Vulnerability Management, or OT Security environments
