Summary: The Cyber Risk Analyst role is designed for an early-career professional to support a Cyber Risk Management program, focusing on compliance and Business Impact Analysis (BIA). The role is hybrid, based in Cincinnati, OH, and is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity. Candidates will engage in various tasks related to cyber risk assessments and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build table-based reporting (e.g., Power BI), organize data, and maintain reporting output
- Document job aids and support internal stakeholder communications
- Update and maintain cyber risk assessments and tracking tools
- Prepare draft meeting materials and summaries for leadership review
- Maintain data quality and dashboards in reporting systems
- Collaborate with senior analysts to support cyber risk workflows
- Support BIA activities by gathering and organizing business process data
- Help identify critical systems, assets, and dependencies within the organization
Key Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or related support roles
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or other reporting/data tools
- Understanding of cybersecurity and risk concepts
- Ability to follow structured procedures and work within templates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Data Analysis, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Passion for learning and growing within cyber risk and governance functions
