Summary: The Cyber Assessment Framework Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing BT's cybersecurity controls framework. This role focuses on architecting and administering the framework across business units to ensure its effectiveness in achieving business objectives. The specialist will utilize design and systems thinking to promote visibility of control health and facilitate informed decision-making. The position aims to break down organizational silos to maintain a resilient and trusted control environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve BT's cybersecurity controls framework.
  • Act as the architect and administrator of the framework, embedding it across business units.
  • Facilitate shared visibility of control health and enable risk & resource-informed decision-making.
  • Ensure clear accountability across the control life cycle.

  • The Cybersecurity Governance Transformation Specialist develops, implements, and continuously improves BT's cyber security controls framework.
  • You will not operate controls directly, but act as the architect and administrator of the framework - embedding it across business units while ensuring its efficacy in support of business objectives.
  • You will leverage design thinking, systems thinking, and strong collaboration skills to facilitate shared visibility of control health, enable risk & resource-informed decision-making, and ensure clear accountability across the control life cycle.
  • By breaking down organizational siloes through integrated, aligned business processes this role helps BT sustain a resilient, transparent, and trusted control environment.
