Summary: We are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst for an 8-week contract based on-site in Somerset. The role involves monitoring endpoint security, managing user support tickets, and maintaining cyber security processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage endpoint security using SentinelOne and FortiEMS.
- Log, track, and resolve cyber/security tickets using ManageEngine and ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
- Provide friendly support and guidance to end users, including basic Meraki networking issues.
- Assist with basic information security tasks and maintain security-related processes.
Key Skills:
- Experience with SentinelOne and FortiEMS for endpoint security management.
- Familiarity with ManageEngine and ManageEngine ServiceDesk for ticketing and IT support.
